Special Olympics Youth Leadership Forum

In the context of celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Special Olympics Movement, the World Youth Leadership Forum is organized in Baku, Azerbaijan. 300 young people, with or without mental disabilities, from 45 countries participate in this world event.

Cyprus is represented by Dimitris Yianni, athlete of the Cypriot Special Olympics Federation and Andreas Arkadiou, student of PASCAL Private English School Larnaka. The aim is for our young people to show, through sports and social activities, that disability is not an obstacle to social participation and social inclusion!
