PSYCHOLOGY TEACHER

Key Responsibilities:

TEACHER ASSISTANT

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with individuals and groups of pupils to deliver learning programs, under the specific supervision of the class teacher.
  • Encouraging pupils to interact with others and engage in activities led by the teacher.
  • Assisting with the general pastoral care of the pupils, including helping pupils who are unwell, distressed or unsettled.
  • Assisting the pupils with personal needs as appropriate.
  • Preparing and maintaining basic classroom resources and equipment as directed by the class teacher and assisting the pupils in their use.
  • Preparing the classroom as directed for lessons, ensuring that resources are available and cleared away at the end of the lesson as appropriate.
  • Providing regular feedback to teachers on pupils’ achievement and progress.
  • Providing feedback on pupils in relation to progress and achievement under guidance of the teacher. This may include feedback on pupil progress in meeting Individual Education Plan targets.
  • Assisting with the development of basic Literacy, Numeracy and ICT skills and to support their use in learning activities.
  • Assisting in the administering and marking of routine tests under the guidance of the class teacher and in line with the school’s marking policy.
  • Being aware of the planning of work and activities.
  • Providing general clerical support to the teacher, e.g. photocopying, laminating, filing, etc. as required.
  • Being aware of and comply with policies and procedures relating to child protection, health, safety and security, SEN/Inclusion and data protection reporting all concerns to the appropriate named person.
  • Assisting with the supervision of pupils out of lesson time but during the school day, within contracted hours as necessary for their safety.
  • Accompanying teaching staff and pupils on visits, trips and out of school activities within contracted hours as required.
  • Attending relevant meetings and participate in training opportunities and professional development as required.

Marketing Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for creating and executing the marketing activities of the department, both internal and external, in alignment with the Admissions & Marketing strategy.
  • Production of compelling marketing content, including social media posts, email marketing, articles, press releases, website content, guides, visuals, prospectuses, and other printed and digital materials.
  • Generate innovative ideas, leverage various promotional tools and sources, research new promotional and marketing methods and strategies, as well as monitor local and international competition. Execute these strategies within specified deadlines and budgets.
  • Effectively planning, organizing, and delivering various on-campus and external events and activities, such as open days, corporate and campus visits, school events, and more.
  • Perform daily marketing administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning and coordination of department activities.
  • Establish and monitor information flow within the CRM system in coordination with other stakeholders of the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or Master’s Degree in related fields (Marketing, Creative Writing, Advertising, Communications, etc).
  • 3 years of experience in a related role in private education or a customer-focused sector
  • Excellent command of English and Greek Language, especially writing
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office & CRM systems
  • Productive and efficient, strong organisational & time management skills, initiative taker, with strong sense of duty, responsibility and reliability.
