When it comes to making a difference, the pupils at PASCAL Private English School Lefkosia are always ready to step up and take action. On September 16th, for World Clean Up Day, a dedicated group of our pupils embarked on a mission to clean up the route from Faneromeni Church to Home for Cooperation.
Elsa Jimenez, Petros Papageorgiou, Anna Kuznetova, Taisya Chernova, and Soffia Nadych joined forces with teacher Cristina Jimenez to tackle the task at hand. Armed with gloves and bags, they set out to make a positive impact on their community. In just one day, this exceptional team managed to fill a total of 8 garbage bags with litter, leaving the area cleaner and more beautiful than ever before.
It’s worth noting that PASCAL Private English School Lefkosia is proud to be recognized as an Eco-School. Our pupils are not just pupils; they are eco-warriors, embodying the values of responsible global citizenship.
This fantastic cleanup event was made possible through a collaborative effort with “Let’s do it! Cyprus,” an organization equally passionate about preserving our environment.
